In short
ROX sells tickets and runs entry for big live events, tournaments and academies. It won Gold at the PASHA ICT Awards 2026.
The problem
Big events sell out in minutes, then thousands of people arrive at once, often where mobile signal is weak. Fake and copied tickets were a risk, and organisers couldn't see sales and entries in one place.
What I did
I built the public website and the admin portal end to end. Each ticket carries a secure code the gate can check even without internet, and each one only works once. Organisers see sales, coupons and entries for every gate as it happens. I also built payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, cards) and ROX Vault, where users buy discount bundles.

Approach
Built the full animated public site and the ROX Management Portal end to end: ticket sales, coupons, gate-by-gate entry tracking (who entered, which gate, when), and live revenue/cost/profit insights per event. Also built the payment service and ROX Vault, where users buy vaults for vouchers and discounts. Engineered an offline-first QR scanning flow with local cryptographic signature verification, backed by a NestJS/MySQL transactional layer to prevent double-booking during high-concurrency sales.

- Local offline cryptographic ticket signature generation (HMAC/SHA256)
- Payment gateway routing engine with automated billing fallbacks, plus ROX Vault
