In short
FikrFree lets people buy insurance from several companies and file claims, all online. It won Gold at the PASHA ICT Awards 2026.
The problem
Customers could manage insurance in the mobile app but needed the same on the web. The business also needed a simple way to add partners, plans and campaigns without waiting on developers.
What I did
I built the full website, where customers browse plans, buy a policy, pay, and raise and track claims. Behind it I built the control panel the team uses to manage partners and plans, switch offers on or off per shop, and send targeted notifications.

Approach
Built the complete, fully animated web app end to end: browsing insurance categories, partners and plans, purchasing, raising and managing claims, subscription handling, and a URL shortener. Integrated payment gateways for Easypaisa, JazzCash, card payments, and Payfast.
